History

In 1998 Jesse Hunt went to work for Steve Henderson Logging. Fifteen years later in 2013 when Steve Henderson retired, Jesse Hunt and his wife Kellie Hunt bought four pieces of machinery from him. In almost ten years it has grown slowly into what it is now. The company started off with only four employees and four pieces of machinery. Jesse Hunt Logging has been recognized in magazines like Loggers World and Timber West over the years. The company now has just over ten employees and has 4 sub-contractors.

Jesse Hunt Logging currently has fifteen pieces of equipment. We hope to continue to grow and improve our business in the years to come. Keeping up with the industry as it changes by upgrading to new machinery and technology is very important to us. The company has been part of the Associated Logging Contractors (ALC) since first starting the business in 2013. This has given their employees resources for training & standards for safety. The importance of safety for employees is important to the company.
